mourne mountain holiday cottages
The Mourne Mountains are situated in the south east corner of County Down and are relatively compact yet rather impressive. They are an outstanding tourist attraction and visited by many throughout the year. The Mourne Mountains are today surrounded on all sides by villages and towns and crossed by one road the B27 between Kilkeel and Hilltown. The reservoirs at Silent Valley and Spelga are among the few intrusions on nature. A week in a holiday cottage or self catering establishment would give you ample time to explore the many peaks. All properties on this site are within a reasonable distance of the Mournes, the ones listed below are in the immediate vicinity.
