We are serious about protecting the privacy of our users, which comprise travellers (who are seeking a property to rent) and members (who offer such properties on the Site). We use information collected about you only as permitted in this Privacy Policy. This is our privacy policy, but please be aware that should you follow a link to another website, you are no longer covered by this policy. It's a good idea to understand the privacy policy of any Web site before sharing personal information with it. Words and phrases used in this policy have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. The information we gather
At various times you may contribute your personal data to us. For example, in order to process a request or enquiry you may make concerning a holiday home, we need to know all or some of the following: your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and, in the case of a member's (advertising) listing, a method of payment. The resulting enquiry is available for review only by the member to whom they were initially addressed and to our customer service employees, who may be asked by members for their past enquiry information.
